Sports injuries of the knee remain one of the most complex challenges for athletes and clinicians alike. In this workshop, Paula Esson presents a progressive and practical approach to the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of knee injuries using Bowen Therapy.
Participants will learn how Bowen’s unique, gentle movements stimulate the fascia and nervous system to not only release tissue restrictions but also enhance coordination, muscle memory, and strength perception. The workshop includes a practical, hands-on session focused on effective Bowen applications for the knee and strategies for integrating them into sports injury management at any performance level.
🌿 Bowen Reveals the Body’s Story

Date: Tuesday and Wednesday, 26-27. May 2026

In this workshop, you will learn how to identify the traces the body holds after trauma, and how Bowen therapy can decode and rebalance them. Christos will enrich the experience with his knowledge of birth order, a subtle yet powerful influence on our physical and emotional makeup.
